• User-created content: Records and content you create within the App, such as time records and notes. These are stored on your device and synced to our servers when you are signed in.

• Usage analytics: Information about how the App is used, including feature usage statistics. When you are signed in, this information may be associated with your account identifier.
• Crash reports: Information about app crashes and errors.
• Website behaviour analytics: On the Website's landing pages: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, pointer and touch movement, the referring site, browser and device type, the country inferred from your IP address, and an identifier for the visit.
• Contact and feedback information: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or participating in surveys or customer interviews.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The App and the Website collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the App and its features
• Analyzing crashes and technical issues

The App uses Google Firebase services to provide authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting, and analytics. Google processes this information on the App's behalf and under its instructions.

The Website's landing pages use Microsoft Clarity for behaviour analytics, which sets cookies on your browser. Microsoft acts as a data controller for this information under its own privacy statement, available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

The App does not sell users' personal information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Personal information may be disclosed only where required by applicable law.
