- Website behaviour analytics: On the Website's landing pages: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, pointer and touch movement, the referring site, browser and device type, the country inferred from your IP address, and an identifier for the visit.
- Contact and feedback information: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or participating in surveys or customer interviews.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The App and the Website collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving the App and its features
- Analyzing crashes and technical issues
- Understanding app usage to improve the user experience
- Improving the Website's landing pages
- Communicating with users about surveys, customer interviews, and other feedback opportunities to improve the App

Account information and user-created content are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Where applicable laws require a longer retention period, those laws will apply.

The App uses Google Firebase services to provide authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting, and analytics. Google processes this information on the App's behalf and under its instructions.
The Website's landing pages use Microsoft Clarity for behaviour analytics, which sets cookies on your browser. Microsoft acts as a data controller for this information under its own privacy statement, available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
The App does not sell users' personal information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Personal information may be disclosed only where required by applicable law.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information at any time. You may also withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
